REDSCHOX wurde 2002
gegründet, ganz einfach so: Frau mit Drums und Mann mit
Gitarre machen Rock bis Punk pur! Slide-Gitarre bringt den
Blues und Cello setzt klassische Akzente. Alles noch mit ein
paar Synthie-Sounds garniert und fertig. Die sehr
persönlichen Songtexte (englisch) geben Gefühle, Stimmungen,
Erlebnisse und Impressionen wieder, enthusiastisch, skurril,
manchmal auch melancholisch. Bei REDSCHOX live geht die Post
gut ab. Nach vielen Club- und Festival-Gigs in Deutschland
traten REDSCHOX 2006 in Houston und Austin, Texas, auf, und 2008 in Lake Worth und
Melbourne, Florida/USA. Jetzt ist die neue REDSCHOX-CD "LÖWEN" erschienen. Sämtliche Songtexte sind hier erstmalig in Deutsch (....geht doch...). |
Existing since 2002 in Hamburg/Germany REDSCHOX simply are a woman on drums and man on guitar doin’ the pure rock to punk! Slide guitar adds the blues and violoncello gives classic accents. All this is mixed up with synthie sounds and that’s it. Their very personal lyrics are reflecting feelings moods experiences and impressions. Most in an enthusiastic sometimes comical and sometimes melancholic manner. They are a fascinating and powerful live-band! After many gigs in clubs and at festivals in Germany they had a couple of shows in Houston and Austin/Texas in 2006 and in 2008 in Lake Worth and Melbourne, Florida/USA. Now the new REDSCHOX-CD is released. All lyrics are in german language (...works...). |
